The Farm House at South Farm is a luxuriously appointed 5 bedroom (3 double 2 twin) 17th Century Devon long house with three bathrooms, conservatory, large enclosed private garden, outside hot tub, double garage and magnificent views from most of the principal rooms, and expansive patio.

The house is extremely well equipped, boasting a 40” flat screen television with Sky, DVD and stereo player in a huge lounge with large wood burner; a fully equipped cottage style kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, and a large dining room with an AGA.

There is also a mezzanine study area with desk, additional seating and wi fi broadband connection, two bathrooms and a shower room.

For the larger party (16) there is a connecting door to the rear at ground floor level to Oaktree Cottage, which is equipped to the same high standard and if you need additional accommodation South Farm has a number of smaller cottages that can be booked.

This accommodation would be ideal for conference meetings held in the tranquil countryside. It offers great facilities, from the more relaxed approach with a small spa, or the more energetic approach compromising of its own gym, tennis court and swimming pool.

If fishing is on your to-do-list of activities, the fishing lakes are very close to all of the South Farm properties and free fishing is included in your stay. You can also book yourself a fishing lesson at an additional cost.

The nearest train station is Tiverton Parkway which is 3.94 miles away, the nearest Airport is Exeter which is 8.4 miles away
