Stable Cottage

Stable Cottage is a three-bedroom single storey cottage, accessed off the car free central courtyard or through the large glass conservatory from a car parking space and to its own garden with magnificent views over farmland and distant woods.

Stable Cottage can be booked alongside all of the other properties at South Farm which is perfect for large gatherings and conference meetings.

The lounge / diner and large glass conservatory makes this a lovely roomy cottage with lots of space for the family. The wood burner in the lounge makes it a cosy cottage in the evenings with a DVD and Free View 32″ TV.

There is a separate kitchen with cooker, fridge/freezer dishwasher and microwave. The double bedroom is off the living room and there are 2 further twin bedrooms and a large bathroom with over the bath shower and washing/dryer machine.

All of our cottages have a charcoal BBQ and outside furniture to make the most of those long summer evenings.

Wifi, electricity, heating and first basket of logs are included, there is no charge for the use of the spa hot tub and sauna.

It offers great facilities, from the more relaxed approach with a small spa, or the more energetic approach compromising of its own gym, tennis court and swimming pool.

If fishing is on your to-do-list of activities, the fishing lakes are very close to all of the South Farm properties and free fishing is included in your stay. You can also book yourself a fishing lesson at an additional cost.

The nearest train station is Tiverton Parkway which is 3.94 miles away, the nearest Airport is Exeter which is 8.4 miles away
