Oaktree Cottage is a three bedroom, two bathroom, two storey house with magnificent distant views accessed off a car free central courtyard.

Downstairs, there is a fully fitted kitchen with built in cooker, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, microwave and washer dryer; a dining area that opens out onto a patio and a twin bedroom with en- suite.

The lounge has a wood burning stove to compliment the oil fired central heating and large windows overlooking its garden and views beyond.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms, the master bedroom with a TV and hairdryer,having magnificent views and one twin, a jack and jill bathroom with fitted shower over the bath.

The Property has its own private and self contained garden with garden furniture, barbecue and the most magnificent views to as far as Exmoor.

Oaktree Cottage can be booked alongside all of the other properties at South Farm which is perfect for large gatherings and conference meetings.

It offers great facilities, from the more relaxed approach with a small spa, or the more energetic approach compromising of its own gym, tennis court and swimming pool.

If fishing is on your to-do-list of activities, the fishing lakes are very close to all of the South Farm properties and free fishing is included in your stay. You can also book yourself a fishing lesson at an additional cost.

The nearest train station is Tiverton Parkway which is 3.94 miles away, the nearest Airport is Exeter which is 8.4 miles away
